UK survey of antimicrobial resistance bacteria in chicken and pork

The results of a survey commissioned by Food Standards Scotland and Food Standards Agency to show the amount of antimicrobial resistant (AMR) bacteria in fresh pork mince, and fresh and frozen chicken.
