If you’re looking to work in the food and drink industry, or even if you’re already employed, then there’s a good chance that you’re going to need or have already undergone some kind of training. It could have been called food hygiene training; but it could also have been called food safety training. The question is, what’s the difference, and does it matter if you get the terms mixed up?
