Technical Executive Food Science (One Year Fixed Term Contract)
safefood would like to invite applications for the above temporary position in our Cork headquarters. Reporting to the Chief Specialist Food Science, the successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of scientific support, contributing to the scientific assessment and analysis of food safety research projects and actively contributing to the development of media campaigns to communicate food safety messages.
Qualifications and Experience
- Honours degree in food microbiology, environmental health, veterinary microbiology, food science or a related discipline.
- At least three years post qualified science related experience within the public or private sectors.
