The Institute for Global Food Security sits within the School of Biological Sciences at Queen's. The Institute is leading the world in addressing one of the greatest global challenges - how to ensure the safety of our food.
The Research Fellow will take a leading role in a collaborative US-Ireland R&D Partnership Programme project that aims to research and develop novel marker-based disease detection strategies. The successful candidate will coordinate the planning and delivery of project activities and tasks so that the overall research objectives are met and will also assist in the development of related research proposals.
