Dr Andrew Flanagan, Executive Analytical Chemist with the Western Region Public Analyst’s Laboratory in Galway, is one of the many Knowledge Network members who have availed of the safefood Training and Mobility Programme. This programme allows the Network members to travel and enhance their expertise within the scope of the Knowledge Network themes.
In this video Andrew recalls his experiences at the Public Analyst’s Laboratory in the UK and Manchester University’s Biotechnology Institute where he learned about the latest developments in allergy research.
