The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) today reported that three Enforcement Orders were served on food businesses during the month of May for breaches of food safety legislation, pursuant to the FSAI Act, 1998. The Enforcement Orders were issued by officers of the FSAI following an investigation supported by the HSE Environmental Health Service and local authority veterinary inspectors.
