The ETP "Food for Life" aims to step change the innovation power and impact of the European food industry, to the benefit of a sustainable society.

The ETP "Food for Life" will deliver a pre-competitive research strategy and ensure a collaborative approach in the execution of the implementation agenda for the European food industry, targeted towards:

  • A sustainable food supply, including food processing, new technologies, and consumer acceptance through a food chain approach, and
  • The prevention of the rise in non-communicable diseases, focusing on nutrition and behaviour changes.

The ETP "Food for Life", led by a Leadership Team, will be restructured to ensure better alignment with Horizon 2020 (2014-2020) and other European Instruments. For this Leadership Team we are looking for:

  • 7 experienced, leading and active scientists/technologists working for a FoodDrinkEurope member company, either large or medium sized, and
  • 7 experienced, leading and active scientists/technologists working for an European University.
