Around two thirds of Europeans say that they do eat a healthy and sustainable diet most of the time, with affordability being the most common factor that would help respondents adopting a healthier, more sustainable diet. This comes out of the latest Eurobarometer survey entitled Making our food fit for the future – Citizens’ expectations. Other highlights include the fact that food producers are seen as key actors in making the food system sustainable, above public authorities. H
