The next workshop on basic hygiene aspects with respect to Listeria will be held in Galway at the Menlo Park Hotel on September 20th. It will start at 11.00 am and finish with tea/coffee at 1.00 pm. There is no charge for the workshop as it is supported by safefood, The Food Safety Promotions Board. The workshop is aimed at staff working in food businesses that may not have a scientific background.
