The Knowledge Network team was delighted to have a stand at the Environmental Health Association of Ireland Conference in Sligo on 18th and 19th May 2023. It was a great opportunity for us to meet Environmental Health Officers attending the conference and discuss the safefood resources available to food businesses, i.e., safefood for Business, the Food Fraud resource, hygiene videos, allergen videos and resources. The Food Safety Skills fund and Knowledge Network membership were also promoted. Prizes were also presented to the student EHO winners of the safefood Bursary:

• Shannon Stapleton (TU Dublin) Environmental Health
graduate – An investigation of hygiene levels at
contactless payment points in the retail sector
• Zara Gregg (Ulster University) Environmental Health
graduate – Implications of Natasha’s Law
