EFSA Report on "Assessing the Risk to Animal Welfare associated with On-Farm Killing"

"On-farm killing" may be a source of welfare concern for animals. The EU "Animal Health and Welfare Network" met in June 2018 to assess the risk of on-farm killing to animal welfare.

The resulting elements of Risk Assessment are included in species-specific tables of a recently-published European Food Safety Authority ("EFSA") Report.
