"Food fraud is a global concern and the scale and ingenuity of some of this fraudulent activity is astounding. Considerable efforts to combat such criminal activity is taking place, but no single technique is capable of detecting all the different ways food fraud manifests. My question to you is, what is the most difficult type to identify and how do we stop the cheats when science can’t provide the solutions?"
