In response to the growing demand for gluten-free foods, Romer Labs will host a webinar on October 16th on “Gluten Analysis in Food: Challenges and New Developments“ with Professor Peter Koehler presenting his perspectives on the topic.For the past 20 years Peter has been active in both the fundamental and applied aspects of cereal science research.

Romer Labs will present on the control of gluten in food manufacturing. We will discuss where in the process there is value in testing and highlight factors influencing the choice of tests. We will include in our discussion our AgraStrip® Gluten G12 for on-site factory testing and the AgraQuant® Gluten G12 for quantitative laboratory testing.
Both tests use the G12, next generation antibody which targets the most immunotoxic proteins for those intolerant to gluten and thereby takes analysis in a new direction in assuring food safety.
