Campden BRI’s Microbiological Criteria Database (MERCADO) enables users to quickly and conveniently search for relevant information about microbiological criteria for a variety of foods and ingredients.
This database has been written to be used alongside Guideline 52, which details the importance and development of microbiological criteria, including guidelines, specifications and standards. Subscription to the database includes a copy of Guideline 52.
