Food hypersensitivity is a strategic priority for the Food Standards Agency (FSA). Our ambition is to improve the quality of life for the estimated 2.6 million people in the UK with Food Hypersensitivity (FHS) and support them to make safe, informed food choices to effectively manage risk.
This free symposium aims to promote information and good practice sharing between key stakeholders across the UK and is an important way of spreading the word and improving the safety, choice and quality of life of individuals with FHS to help prevent avoidable deaths.
