UCD School of Agriculture and Food Science

This is a new full-time academic post in the School of Agriculture and Food Science and is co-funded by the FBD Trust. Applicants should have a PhD degree in Agricultural Science, Health Science, Social Science or a related discipline which examines human behavioural change. The position involves undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, research supervision and administration as well as dissemination of research findings. It also involves co-ordination of the School of Agriculture & Food Science’s Professional Work Experience Programme which is underpinned by occupational health and safety principles. The successful applicant will develop and deliver a number of academic modules either in full or in collaboration with other staff members, in addition to conducting research appropriate to the objectives of the Agribusiness and Rural Development Section of the School.
