The job-holder has overall responsibility for the day to day management of the Food Incident Team, execution of risk management decisions and communication of these, as appropriate. There is a requirement for FSAI to maintain a 24/7 response capability for Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed (RASFF) and the Risk Manager is responsible for this function.
