Temporary Five Year Project Administrator - AORAC-SA Horizon 2020 BG-14 Project

The Marine Institute is currently recruiting for an exciting Project Administrator opportunity as part of the AORAC-SA Horizon 2020 BG-14 Project. The Project Administrator will support the Project Manager in the provision of a secretariat to the AORAC-SA Horizon 2020 BG-14 Project.

The Project Administrator will be involved in day-to-day operations and the tracking and reporting of identified tasks and deliverables to agreed project milestones. The successful candidate's principal tasks include supporting the delivery of three main work packages: Coordination and Governance including project tracking & reporting and administrative tasks such as filing and financial reporting; Networking and Conferences which will consist of the organisation and support of project workshops and meetings, and Communication and Dissemination which will involve development and support of a communications strategy for the BG-14 project.
