Managing Allergens in Catering - See how its done

Eating out can be a risky business for those who have a food allergy or intolerance. For this reason, caterers are legally obliged to control allergens in the foods they sell. From December 2014 on, they will also be required to provide accurate information on the allergen status of the dishes to their customers.
