Now that we’re into 2015, what can the food industry expect as new regulations come into effect around the globe?

GFSR recently sat down with John Keogh to talk about food regulatory trends in 2015. John is a GFSR Industry Advisor and President and Managing Principal of Shantalla, Inc. John specializes in supply chain management, especially in critical areas including traceability, recall and anti-counterfeit measures. He liaises with and provides advice to industry, governments, inter-governmental agencies and is a member the World Bank’s Global Food Safety Partnership technical committee, among others.
