The jobholder as member of the GMO Unit will provide scientific and administrative support for the organisation and management of the tasks of the GMO unit, including the support to the activities of the GMO Panel with regard to the scientific evaluation of GMO applications for the placing on the market of GM products under Regulation (EC) No 1829/2003 and Directive 2001/18.
