The 17th Annual Food Safety Summit occurred at the Baltimore Convention Center last week, with over 1,200 food safety professionals from around the world convened to discuss some of the most pressing issues facing the food industry including Food Fraud, the Food Safety Modernization Act, and the Integration of the Nation's Food Safety Systems. The event kicked off on Monday, April 27th with two successful certification programs for HACCP and Seafood HACCP.
