You are invited to an Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST) meeting in conjunction with College of Agriculture Food and Rural Enterprise (CAFRE) and Food Standards Agency (FSA). This is a unique opportunity to discuss the obesity issue and Calorie reduction from a food technologist’s viewpoint and to hear a case study from a technologist based at CAFRE. During the workshop session you will have the opportunity to discuss options for and barriers to calorie reduction/portion control.
