This webinar will be presented by Lynsey Hollywood, Manager of the Food & Drink Business Development Centre and Course Director of the MSc Food Design and Innovation at Ulster University Business School, and Nutritionist and Food Scientist Ruth Price, Human Trials Manager at the Nutrition and Innovation Centre for Food and Health (NICHE), Ulster University.

This webinar will discuss the results of a safefood study on the current perceptions and trends in the use of meat thermometers by consumers on the island of Ireland. It will address consumer attitudes towards meat thermometers and their reported usage behaviour, identify the barriers and facilitators towards their use and, develop recommendations for overcoming these barriers.
