safefood Knowledge Network will host a free workshop “ “HACCP & Record Keeping”. This workshop is for small food businesses and free to attend.
Time: 10:00am-1.30pm
On completion of this workshop participants will:
- Understand why HACCP is fundamental to Food Safety Management
- Develop/modify a flow chart, identify the common food safety hazards and their controls
- Understand the role of pre-requisites in controlling hazards
- Be able to keep effective records to demonstrate compliance.
There will also be an opportunity for private consultation for anyone who has registered for this workshop to discuss existing HACCP issues on the day. Places are limited for this and will be on a first come first serve basis.
