safefood Knowledge Network, in association with Mid Ulster District Council, is hosting a FREE food safety workshop for small food businesses.
This workshop will provide up to date training on:
- Managing and labelling food allergens
- Controlling food poisoning bacteria
- Cleaning and sanitisation
- Pest control
- HACCP and record keeping for small food businesses
