Essential Food Safety for Small Food Businesses

safefood Knowledge Network, in association with BiaInnovator Athenry, is hosting a FREE food safety workshop for small food businesses.

This workshop will provide up to date training on:

  • Managing and labelling food allergens
  • Controlling food poisoning bacteria
  • Cleaning and sanitisation
  • Pest control
  • HACCP and record keeping for small food businesses

Date: Tuesday 8th of October, 2024

Time: 10:00 am to 2:30 pm

Location: BIA Innovator Food Hub, Mellows Campus, Athenry, Co. Galway, H65 DD86

This is a fantastic opportunity to engage with an experienced food safety trainer/auditor and network with other small food businesses from your area.
