Many organisations have brought out guidance on how to deal with the issues and challenges of Covid-19 from a food safety perspective. The presentations in this webinar will highlight what companies are actually doing to address the issues and challenges. John Donaghy (CH) will address matters from the perspective of a large company, and Francois Bourdichon (FR) will present from the perspective of SMEs. While the recent IDF survey indicated that food safety had not been significantly affected by the pandemic, the purpose of this webinar is to demonstrate what the industry is actually doing to ensure that food safety is not impacted.
