The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) would like to present ‘Breakfast Bites’, a series of free, informal meetings for small food businesses. Here, we provide useful information on the topics you want to know more about.

In the short Breakfast Bite, Philip Devenish (EHO) will outline what you can expect when an Environmental Health Officer (EHO) carries out an inspection on a food business.

This webinar will put food business inspections into context answering some of the who, why and when questions and then run through the specifics of what the EHO assesses whilst they are in your business.

Philip will also provide some hints and tips about how to get the most out of the EHO's visit.

This webinar is helpful to those who own or work in a small food business and also for those of you who want to get your new food business off the ground.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end. This free event will be held online and will last 40 minutes.

Shortly after registration, you will receive the event link by email which will give you the details on how to join the event. In order to join the event on the day, you will need a computer, tablet or smartphone.

To register for this event, please click here. Places are limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
