In this video Prof Chris Elliott, Queen's University Belfast, delivers a presentation entitled, "Importance of the Elliott report for the agri-food economy on the island of Ireland." Prof Elliott was presenting at the "Food Authenticity: Protecting your business from food fraud" information seminar in the Ramada Plaza Hotel, Shaws Bridge, Belfast on the 12th November 2015. This event was organised by safefood in partnership with Queen's University Belfast.
