In this video Denis O'Brien, GS1 Ireland, delivers a presentation entitled, "Implementing traceability systems for supply chains in the food industry." Mr O'Brien was presenting at the "Food Authenticity: Protecting your business from food fraud" information seminar in the Ramada Plaza Hotel, Shaws Bridge, Belfast on the 12th November 2015. This event was organised by safefood in partnership with Queen's University Belfast.
