FoodEx2 is a comprehensive food classification and description system for describing food in data collections across different food safety domains. The system is a flexible combination of classifications and descriptions, including a number of hierarchies for different domains and a multitude of core terms and facets.
This webinar will provide guidance on its harmonised use and quality control of the codes focussing on specific cases, such as when a core term is missing.
