This timely evening symposium will address issues surrounding our desire for cheap food and many of the consequences for agri-food production and the consumer.

Chaired by James Campbell of the Irish Farmers Journal, speakers include Chris Elliott of Queen's University, Ian Marshall of the Ulster Farmers Union, Michael Bell of NIFDA and Aodhan O'Donnell of the Consumer Council.
