An international conference on 'strategies to control Campylobacter in poultry' will take place in Teagasc Food Research Centre, Ashtown, Dublin 15 on Thursday 14th April 2011. The most successful Campylobacter control programmes within Europe will be presented and discussed in the context of current Irish initiatives. Public health personnel, veterinarians, poultry producers and processors, regulatory personnel, food safety microbiologists, etc. should attend.
