The Food Safety Authority of Ireland, in partnership with Teagasc, is hosting a joint event: Seminar on Product Shelf-Life and Microbiological Criteria. The seminar will take place on November 17th in Teagasc Food Research Centre, Ashtown, Dublin 15.
This seminar is aimed primarily at food business operators but will also be of relevance to official agencies. Managers, supervisors, team leaders and those responsible for quality control, product development and HACCP in their food business should attend.
