The ECMIS 2015 symposium, E. coli and the Mucosal Immune system, will be held from 10 till 13 July at the Convention Centre “Het Pand”, Ghent University, Belgium, where we will bring together researchers with special interest in pathogenic and probiotic E. coli and their interaction with mucosae and the associated immune system.

We are proud to announce that a Special Issue of the Veterinary Microbiology journal will be published based on the ECMIS 2015 Symposium.
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the ECMIS 2015 Scientific Committee and based on this review, authors will be asked to submit a manuscript for this special issue.
