safefood ran a series of workshops for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises on the island of Ireland in 2016 and 2017. The workshops were carried out in partnership with Teagasc-Moorepark and CAFRE and their purpose was to help SME personnel understand the essential elements of safe food production including bacterial control, hygiene, traceability and food allergen management. This webinar will focus on the food allergen management aspect of the workshops and will highlight important information concerning food allergen control for SMEs.
