This workshop is a day event focusing on database outputs from the Safe & Healthy Foods project and their use in exposure and risk assessments. The project has refreshed and extended the following databases:
National Food Residue Database (NFRD)
Irish National Food Ingredients Database (INFID) Irish Supplemental Food Composition Database
as well as creating two new databases:
National Food Microbial Database (NMD)
Veterinary Medicinal Products and Feed Additives Database (VetFAD)
The workshop will bring together stakeholders and researchers working in the areas of chemical contaminants, biological contaminants in food and nutritional & health on the island of Ireland.
