Two half day quality workshops will be held in December, final programme and registration details to be confirmed towards the end of September.
The programme will cover practical milk production issues relating to quality milk processing. It will also highlight issues facing industry and how Moorpark can contribute.
A Quality Working Forum has been in operation for nearly a year, with represntatives from industry and relevant organisations including Teagasc. Attendees at the Workshop will be updated on the purpose and activities of the Quality Working Forum.
