The safefood Listeria Knowledge Network in partnership with CAFRE have organised a morning workshop for non microbiologists to raise awareness of basic food hygiene in relation to Listeria monocytogenes in the food processing environment. This will be of interest to all working in a food processing environment and particularly those in dairy and ready to eat food companies. 

Topics covered:

Basic food production hygiene practices

Prevention of Listeria spp. contamination Laboratory methods for identifying Listeria spp. within the processing facilities.

Who should attend: Food production and quality managers as well as regulators and EHOs
