This webinar is a presentation by Dr. Declan Bolton on the new ‘simplified’ approach to food safety management developed recently by the EFSA Biohazard Panel.  Dr Bolton’s webinar will offer clarity to any Food Producer but in particular to Food SMEs.  Dr Bolton is presenting in a personal capacity and not on behalf of EFSA.
