Day 1 will focus on legislation in Ireland, recent changes that have been implemented from the Food Information to Consumers Regulation (FIC), along with topics such as nutrition labelling and marketing claims.  

Day 2 will provide an update of recent legislative and upcoming changes and an overview of food legislation in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Turkey and the United States. Halal food requirements will also be covered
