Since 1992, this symposium brings together, every 3-4 years, the international scientific community with an interest in, and conducting research on, this "old" but still very relevant zoonotic bacteria. During these two days and a half, scientists from around the world and from various backgrounds (universities, hospitals, scientific and engineering research institutes in the public or private sectors, industry) will have the opportunity to present their work within different sessions: Interactions between hosts and bacteria, ecology and Epidemiology along the food chain, Risk assessment and Control, Antimicrobial resistance, Whole Genome Sequencing and Comparative Genomics, Detection and Characterization, Epidemiology and Public health.
