The IJFST 50th Celebration Conference celebrates 50 years of IFST and the 50th volume of the International Journal of Food Science and Technology, IFST's scientific journal published by Wiley.
To celebrate this milestone and the success of the journal, there will be a special conference at Lincoln University, New Zealand which will encompass the diversity of Food Science and Technology and look to the future of food trends and consumer science. The conference will be held over three days and, whilst the programme is still being developed, we are pleased to confirm that we already have keynote speakers from Asia, America, Europe and across the world who will be present to discuss subjects including:
