The Institute for Global Food Security is delighted to announce that Sir Tim Smit KBE (Eden Project) will deliver this year’s Annual Lecture on 9th May 2019 at Riddell Hall. Sir Tim’s talk is entitled; “Some open minds need to be closed for repair” - the battle between the consumer and the citizen in all of us.

 

The evening will commence at 17.00 with a light buffet showcasing a range of local produce. The event will also feature a panel discussion and will be chaired by prominent NI journalist, Mark Simpson.
