The Institute of Food Science and Technology are holding their 2015 Spring Conference, 'Food safety in the court of public opinion' on 23 April at Imperial College London.
Aimed at all those with an interest or specialism in food safety, this conference takes a unique look at food safety and integrity issues starting from a consumer’s viewpoint then comparing this with the very latest scientific thinking regarding the assessment and management of risk.
The conference will include presentations and panel discussions from leading international food safety specialists and policy makers, providing attendees with the opportunity to participate in a unique event exploring all aspects surrounding food safety and integrity.
