The conference organising team would like to invite you to attend a three day international conference, with associated workshops, which will address known and emergent chemical and microbial contaminants which affect food safety along the farm to fork chain.
The conference will host a number of world renowned experts in the area of food safety presenting the latest findings at primary production level and during processing and distribution. The changing face of outbreaks of foodborne disease and contamination issues and the management of such issues at a global issue will also be considered.
