The event will draw together safefood-funded research addressing food safety issues around consumer behaviour in a domestic situation and how to positively influence this. The work will be of interest to a wide number of disciplines including; those involved in Food manufacturing/distribution/retail/catering, Trainers, Social Scientists, Behavioural Psychologists, Food Safety Professionals, Regulators and Enforcers. The collective presentations will provoke discussion with an expert panel to consider future strategies to develop Public Health policy in this area.
