The UCD Institute of Food and Health has initiated a series of high level workshops aimed at contributing to policy development and identifying research needs in key areas relating to food and health. In this latest workshop held in collaboration with the Environmental Sciences Association of Ireland, experts in the area of food processing waste will discuss the challenges and opportunities facing the food industry.
