Food Manufacture’s 2017 Food Safety Conference will help arm delegates with the advice they need for the huge changes expected over the next few years.
The event, chaired by Campden BRI director general Professor Steven Walker, will highlight what should be on manufacturers’ food safety radar and report on a unique industry survey of Food Manufacture’s readers about managers’ biggest concerns. The one-day event will examine how Brexit is likely to affect food safety regulation and moves towards a more risk-based approach to policing the sector. And it will provide a raft of practical advice on everything from creating a food safety culture to allergen management.
